Monolit Terms of Service

By accessing or using Monolit services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to Monolit.Cloud, MonolitMail, MonolitBrowser, MonolitCalendar, and future Monolit services.
2. Description of Services
Monolit provides software services including Monolit.Cloud as the platform layer and additional products in the Monolit ecosystem. Monolit.Cloud provides identity, synchronization, configuration, security, and device management for the ecosystem.
3. Account Registration
You may need an account to use certain services. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Monolit services to violate laws, distribute malware, conduct unauthorized access attempts, abuse infrastructure, interfere with service operation, or distribute spam or fraudulent communications. Monolit may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Device Management
Monolit.Cloud may track devices connected to your account. You may revoke devices or sessions at any time, and we may revoke devices or sessions if security risks are detected.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service, but Monolit services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, modify features, or update services.
7. User Content
Users may create or store data within Monolit services. You retain ownership of your content and grant Monolit the rights necessary to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of user content.
8. Email Accounts
MonolitMail may allow connection to external email providers. Users remain responsible for complying with provider terms, using email services lawfully, and securely managing credentials.
9. Security Features
Monolit.Cloud provides security features including device verification, session management, secret storage, and audit logging. Users remain responsible for protecting their own devices.
10. Referral Program
Monolit may offer referral programs. Referral rewards may be modified or discontinued at any time, and abuse of referral systems may result in suspension.
11. Fees and Billing
Certain services may require payment in the future. If paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be disclosed clearly.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or pose security risks.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Monolit services are provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of bugs, or compatibility with all systems.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monolit is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, service interruptions, or loss of profits.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Monolit operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
